These terms are between হরকরা and the shop whose account is created — "you" below. They cover the dashboard, the assistant that answers your customers, and the stock and order tools that come with them.

অ্যাকাউন্টYour account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself and deciding who on your team can see your customers' conversations. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

আপনার চ্যানেলConnecting your channels

You connect your own Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook accounts, and you keep control of them. Your use of those platforms remains governed by Meta's own terms and policies, and we cannot act for you if a platform restricts your account. You can disconnect a channel at any time from the dashboard.

Your conversations, contacts, stock and orders are yours. We hold them on our own servers to run the service for you, and we do not sell them or use them to train AI models. What we do with the data of the customers who message you is set out in the privacy policy. You can ask for an export, or for deletion, at any time.

The assistant replies to your customers on your behalf, in your shop's name. It works from the stock and product information you give it, and it hands a conversation to a person when it cannot help. It can still be wrong. Check anything that matters — prices, availability, promises about delivery — before you rely on it, and keep an eye on the inbox. You remain responsible for what your shop tells its customers.

গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহারAcceptable use

Do not use হরকরা to send unsolicited bulk messages, to sell anything the law or the platforms prohibit, or to impersonate someone else. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

প্রাপ্যতাAvailability

We aim to keep the service running around the clock, but during early access there is no uptime guarantee and there will be maintenance. If something breaks, email us and we will fix it as quickly as we can.

শেষ করাEnding the service

You can stop using হরকরা at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can end early access with 30 days' notice by email, and we will give you an export of your conversations, contacts and orders before we do.

দায়Liability

The service is provided as it is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or losses arising from a reply the assistant sent. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
